Do a search! When I worked for Randall's a buddy of mine was the Meat Quality Control Inspector. The warehouse excepts farmed raised salmon 21 days after it's first processed. Figure a couple days in the warehouse before the store. Another week before it's considered expired.

Then there is the toxicity of the salmon itself. And the fact it's lowering Omega 3 fatty acids then wild. Years ago what we got came from Norway. Now its mostly from Chile. The exception being whole fish & steaks from Canada.

Farmed Raised Salmon is about as nasty as farmed raised Tilapia & Bassa Swai.

Homemade stuffed shells.
I used vodka sauce and stuffed the shells with chicken and a cheese mixture.
Served with a salad and 5 cheese toast.
