I tried replicating the venison & chorizo burgers I had a while back. They were nowhere as good, but I knew that using ground beef verses venison.

I had to drive the wife to Teague to pick up her car at a automotive shop. Seeing as she borrowed it the other day & never bother refilling the gas she burned I knew I'd need more gas on back towards home.

I ran into Groesbeck for gas & stopped by Brookshire's for fried chicken & potato salad. That scratched that itch for several years! The chicken really smell good the 30 minute ride home. Neither were very impressive!
