You do not have to worry about that now.
Damn, instructors need to do a better job.
I was told that generally, if you do an accidental flash and a LEO see's it, they'll just give you a little heads up and MAYBE ask to see your card. But you never know if you'll do it around the wrong person and have things escalate, so it's best to try and avoid that at all costs.

This:Open carry, what would you carry?
You say that like there's something wrong with it.I would not open carry. No reason to other than show off or act tough.
This:
Just kidding... I don't know what I'd carry. Probably a 1911 because they look nice and tough.

I haven't tried it yet. The expiration date on it is in 2019. I'm waiting till then to pop the top.Is that bacon good???? I want a can after seeing it in a zombie movie.
Does the rule about not wearing a black belt with brown shoes apply to holsters?
If open carry became commonplace, I could see rules eventually developing for things like that. It might actually matter in certain company.
Rules for haberdashery apply. If a person can't tie a half windsor knot, with just enough tail, 1/2 over belt buckle. Gig line correct. He might want to ask others what color go's with what.
If a person has no clue about West Texas style dress. Don't even try it. You'll end up looking like a drugstore cowboy.
What do you mean by this? I was under the impression you could not show at ALL!
It has to be intentional or reckless. If you're making an honest attempt to conceal, it's not illegal.
Recklessness is not enough; it has to be intentional. I'd be surprised if anyone has ever been convicted of 46.035 (a).

WTF is "haberdashery"?
