    Out here by the lake!
    Went shopping my and scored mark down short ribs in the 1/2 slices. Browned them first, added onions & garlic, beef base, red wine, tomatoes. 3 different olives capers .

    I’ll braise that down until the meat just melts & shreds. That’s going on top of a toasted chi bats with provolone

    Wow talk about good reminds me of some oxtails I had in Spain in a tapas bar.

    It really needs to set up to remove orange grease
